Welcome to our crash pad!

As you have already been made aware, you are welcome to park across the street at Michael’s office, located at 1019 4th Ave. – Sir Lancellot / PDX.  

HOWEVER, if you would like to obtain a parking permit for your personal vehicle, so that you can park your car on the street in front of the house between the hours of 6pm-10am, you will have to fill out a few forms:

Once our office receives your car information and signed agreement, we will go to the township and submit the forms for you.
This form is to make you aware of where to place your parking permit on your car
once you have received it.
ALSO, please note, that once you move-out, the parking permit MUST be left at
the Crash Pad.
