We are sorry to see you go. In order for the next tenant to enjoy the Crash Pad as you have, please make sure you go through this checklist and check off each task so that the office can tell the next tenant that the space is ready for them. If you are having problems completing ANY of these tasks, you MUST text/call the office to let them know.
*If this form isn't completed, we will not be able to check you out of our systems. This means that you could be held responsible for the next month's rent.
